starWhat is kennel enrichment?

Enrichment is any activity that stimulates our dogs and helps to meet their mental, physical, and social needs while in our care. Kennel enrichment focuses on sensory experiences for our dogs that provide much needed mental stimulation.

starWhy is kennel enrichment important?

Kennel enrichment allows our dogs to practice natural behaviors in a safe and constructive way which helps to keep our dogs from going stir crazy and developing bad behaviors while in our care. Enrichment also reduces stress levels and helps to create a more calm and pleasant environment for our dogs.

starHow can I help?

  1. Donate Items from the enrichment wish list so that we have the supplies to give our dogs the best enrichment possible.
  2. Volunteer your time to help exercise and socialize the dogs!
